Evans & Sutherland Computer Corporation [SALT LAKE CITY] (PINK: ESCC) announced the promotion of Kirk Johnson to President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Johnson was appointed Vice President and General Manager of E&S’s Digital Theater Division in 2002. He joined E&S in 1990 and held various engineering and management positions prior to his VP role. Prior to E&S, Mr. Johnson worked as an FCC compliance and regulatory engineer and project manager at Communication Certification Laboratory.
Provasi Capital Partners LP [DALLAS] announced that Shea Gordon has joined the firm as Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Gordon most recently served as Senior Vice President, Sales Operations at Franklin Square Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Gordon spent five years at Hines Real Estate Investments, Inc. and Franklin Square Capital Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Gordon spent nine years in private wealth management at Bernstein Global Wealth Management, Goldman Sachs and U.S. Trust/Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Mr. Gordon began his career as an attorney, practicing law at Freeman, Freeman & Smiley LLP, in Los Angeles, California, and served in the Enforcement Division of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Corizon Health [BRENTWOOD, Tenn.] announced that it has tapped Jim Donovan for the role of Chief Operating Officer. Donovan’s most recent role was Corizon Health’s Executive Vice President of Strategy and Product Development. His career has encompassed numerous leadership roles at companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Amerigroup (Anthem), Centene, and UnitedHealthcare.
Rush Street Gaming [CHICAGO] announced that Ron Baumann has been named Chief Operating Officer. Baumann most recently served as Regional President for Caesars Entertainment. Previously, Baumann was General Manager of Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack, and prior to that, he was Assistant General Manager at several Atlantic City properties, including Harrah’s Resort, Bally’s and Caesars Hotel and Casino.
WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone [DENVER] announced promotion of Cash Hagen as Chief Operating Officer. Former COO Cathy Kuo, who held the position since April 2014, will assume the role of Executive Vice President of Strategy & Engagement. Hagen has served as WOW! Chief Technology Officer since 2008. In addition to his current responsibilities for Engineering and IT, he will also assume responsibility for Field and Corporate Operations.
Synergem Technologies, Inc. [PILOT MOUNTAIN, N.C.] announced Jeff Schlueter has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.
