The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: STKS) announced that Alejandro Munoz-Suarez (Alex), Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities.
AAR [WOOD DALE, Ill.] (NYSE: AIR) announced that John M. Holmes was elected to President and Chief Operating Officer. Holmes joined AAR in 2001 as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, became General Manager of AAR’s parts trading business in 2003, and progressively assumed responsibility for the other solutions that comprise Aviation Services.
Lionsgate Television Group [SANTA MONICA, Calif. and VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) has promoted Laura Kennedy to COO. Before her promotion, Kennedy served as Lionsgate Executive Vice President of Television Operations & Corporate Development. She began her career as a talent manager for Avalon where she assumed responsibility for Avalon’s television business development and M&A initiatives.

Touch of Modern [SAN FRANCISCO] has named Egon Smola to the newly created position of President and Chief Operating Officer. Egon brings a diverse background with a broad range of business models in multiple vertical industries for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, most recently building a consumer health insurance brokerage for GetInsured. Prior to GetInsured, he turned around Dealix, created a global online dating subscription business at Yahoo!, built and ran the first mobile app store for Vodafone, and spearheaded the expansion of Amazon into several German-speaking countries. Egon started his career as a management consultant with Cap Gemini / Ernst & Young and as the Chief of Staff at a geriatric hospital in Western Europe.

Anglepoint [SANTA CLARA, Calif.] announced the appointment of Brian Papay as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Most recently, Papay led the License Management Services organization in North America at Oracle. Prior to Oracle he was a Director with KPMG and led the Americas Software Compliance Team at BEA Systems.
Revlon, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: REV) announced the appointment of Christopher (“Chris”) Peterson to the new role of Chief Operating Officer, Operations. Prior to joining Revlon, Peterson served in a number of senior executive positions at Ralph Lauren Corporation, including most recently as its President, Global Brands, a position he held since 2015. From 2014 to 2015, Peterson was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Ralph Lauren and joined the company in 2012 as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Peterson spent 20 years at The Procter & Gamble Company in management and financial leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
InTech Aerospace LLC [HOUSTON] has promoted Scott Mowery to Chief Operating Officer. Scott previously held the position of Vice President Operations for InTech Aerospace. Scott Mowery originally joined InTech as Senior Director of Operations & Quality, with a subsequent promotion to VP-Operations. He has 29 years’ total aircraft maintenance experience, including 6 years in aviation maintenance with the US Air Force. He previously was a General Manager and the Maintenance Production Control Manager for the fleet support division of a major airline.

Chubb [WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J.] (NYSE: CB) announced that Matt Merna has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Chubb’s North America Major Accounts division. Since 2010, Merna has been serving as Senior Executive Vice President of Chubb Global Casualty. Merna joined ACE Group in 2000, prior to the merger between ACE and Chubb in 2016. During his tenure, Matt held various senior leadership positions, including President of the Financial Solutions line of business and President of ACE Risk Management. Earlier in his career, he served in a range of management roles in public accounting and at a large global insurance company in New York and Europe.

AerSale [CORAL GABLES, Fla.] announced that Basil Barimo has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer. Barimo was most recently Executive Vice President, Repair Group for the NORDAM Group, and previously served as Vice President of Operations and Safety for the Air Transport Association of America, Vice President of Operations for Avborne, Inc., and Senior Director of Maintenance Quality Assurance at US Airways.
The Bainbridge Companies [WELLINGTON, FLA.] announced Kevin Keane has joined its executive team as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Bainbridge, Keane was the market leader, Executive Vice President of Lincoln Property Company for Lincoln Mid-West for 30 years.
Jabil Circuit, Inc. [ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.] (NYSE: JBL) announced that Chief Operating Officer (COO) Bill Muir is retiring, effective December 31, 2017. He will continue to serve as COO during a transition period and then will serve as an advisor through the end of the year.
Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) [PADUCAH, Ky.] (OTCQX: CSVI) has promoted David Culbertson to chief operating officer. Culbertson began his career with CSI in 1989 and has since held numerous leadership positions throughout the company; he most recently served as president of CSI’s Technology Services Group. Culbertson is currently the board chairman for the Lourdes Foundation.
AIM Aerospace Corporation (“AIM”) [NEW YORK and RENTON, Wash.] announced the appointment of Patrick J. Russell to the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Russell has over 30 years of experience in numerous leadership roles across the aerospace manufacturing industry. Most recently, Russell was Vice President of Operation and Supply Chain Management at Orbital ATK. Prior to that, Russell worked at Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc. as Director of Global Supply. He has also held positions at Cytec Engineered Materials and The Boeing Company. In addition to his civilian career, Russell served as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the Naval Reserve and Avionics Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps.
