goTRG (The Recon Group LLP) [MIAMI] announced that Chuck Johnston joined the company as COO. Prior to joining goTRG, Chuck was the director of repair and returns at Home Depot for the past five years and spent the previous 10 years as the vice president of distribution and senior director of returns/PMDC at Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
IrisVR [NEW YORK] is welcoming Antonia Abraham Pitney as Chief Operating Officer who previously served as interim COO. Prior to IrisVR, Abraham Pitney was the Chief Financial Officer for Handshake Corp. She also served as a Venture Partner for FinTech Collective, Inc. and held the position of Director of Operations for Yodle. Abraham Pitney is also a founder at Foredeck Consulting, LLC.
The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) [FEDERAL WAY, Wash.] welcomes Amy R. Mack as its new chief operations officer (COO). Before joining IFM as the COO, Mack was the executive director of Year Up Puget Sound in Seattle, WA. Previously she was the chief executive officer for two Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates and the chief of staff for the Corporation for National and Community Service. Mack started her career in city government in Indianapolis, IN, working with former Mayor Stephen Goldsmith.
Vapor IO [AUSTIN, Texas] announced the appointment of Don Duet to the position of president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining Vapor IO, Duet served as head of the Global Technology Division at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. He served as the Chief Information Officer for Goldman Sachs Asia from 2001 to 2006 and was named its Managing Director in 2000 and Partner in 2006.
Attune Medical [CHICAGO] has hired industry veteran Keith Warner as Chief Operating Officer. Warner served in leadership roles at organizations including Wafergen BioSystems, Novartis/Chiron and Biodesix. Warner also held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, sales and marketing and management at Abbott Diagnostics.

Reviver [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced that Fabrice Barbier, who served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Devices at GoPro since 2013, has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer.
MHVC Acquisition Corporation [HERNDON, Va.] has announced that Jeremy Wensinger has been named chief operating officer (COO). Wensinger was most recently principal at Augusta Management Strategies. He was president of PAE’s National Security and Solutions business following his service as COO of GTSI, and chairman and president of Cobham Defense Systems. He spent 20 years with Harris Corporation, where he served as president of the IT Services business and group president of the Government Communications Systems division.
3M [ST. PAUL, Minn.] announced that Michael F. Roman was appointed chief operating officer (COO) and executive vice president. He most recently served as executive vice president of 3M’s largest business, Industrial Business Group. Prior to that role, Roman was senior vice president, Strategy and Business Development.
SUNZ Insurance Company [BRADENTON, Fla.] announced the promotion of Karen Bolinder from Director of Financial Operations to Chief Operating Officer.
Racepoint Global [BOSTON] announced the promotion of Karen Lew Bouchard to Chief Operating Officer. Bouchard previously served as the agency’s Chief Human Resources Officer.
NRG Metals Inc. [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] (TSX-V: NGZ, OTCQB: NRGMF) announced the appointment of José de Castro to the board of directors, and to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he was country manager of Orocobre Ltd. for Argentina. Prior to Orocobre, he served as Assistant Superintendent at the lithium division of FMC Corp.
Carver Bancorp, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: CARV) announced that John J. Fitzpatrick was recently appointed First Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Fitzpatrick is a senior banking and operational specialist who formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fieldpoint Private Bank and Trust in Greenwich, CT. Before joining Fieldpoint, he was the Director of Operations at Sterling National Bank and, prior to this role, he was the Director of Finance and Management Information Systems at Provident Bank.
AXIS Insurance [PEMBROKE, Bermuda & NEW YORK] announced the promotion of Robert Hartman to Chief Operating Officer. Hartman currently serves as Senior Vice President, Business Development. Prior to AXIS, Hartman was a partner at McKinsey & Company.
Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig [Leesburg, VA] announced that DeAnna Burke has joined the Firm as the new Chief Operating Officer. Burke most recently served as the Project and Operations Manager for Metron Aviation.
AngMar Medical Holdings, Inc. [MANSFIELD, Texas] announced that it has named Anthony “Tony” P. Miller as its Chief Operating Officer. Miller joined AngMar Medical Holdings in 2013 as Vice President of Therapy Services and soon excelled to serve as the company’s Vice President of Operations. Prior to AngMar, he had an 8-year home health career, holding positions such as the owner of “ABC Therapy Company” and a rehab specialist for Amedisys Home Health.
Blackwood Seven [NEW YORK] announced that Nick Stoltz joins the company as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Blackwood Seven, he served as Associate Managing Director at MarketShare.
VITAS Healthcare [MIAMI] announced the appointment of Joel Wherley as Chief Operating Officer. He joined VITAS in 2016 as senior vice president of hospice operations.
Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) [NEWARK, N.J.] (NYSE: PEG) announced today the election of Ralph LaRossa as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PSEG’s merchant generation business, PSEG Power effective October 2, 2017. LaRossa is currently President and COO of PSEG’s utility business, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G). In his new role, LaRossa succeeds Bill Levis who in December 2016 had announced his plans to retire. PSEG also announced David M. Daly has been elected to succeed Ralph LaRossa as President and COO of PSE&G effective October 2, 2017. Daly will also assume the role of Chairman of the Board of PSEG Long Island currently held by Ralph LaRossa. Daly is currently President and COO of PSEG Long Island.
Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) [UNIONDALE, N.Y.] announced that Daniel Eichhorn was named President and COO of PSEG Long Island effective October 2, 2017. Eichhorn is currently Vice President of Customer Services at PSEG Long Island. Eichhorn succeeds David Daly, who was elected President and COO of PSE&G. Prior to this position, Eichhorn spent 25 years with PSE&G in New Jersey.
Sunoco LP [DALLAS] (NYSE: SUN) announced that Joe Kim, who has been serving as executive vice president and chief development officer for Sunoco, has been appointed president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining Sunoco, he held various executive positions, including chief operating officer for Pizza Hut and senior vice president for Valero Energy.
