Dun & Bradstreet [SHORT HILLS, N.J.] (NYSE: DNB) announced that Joshua L. Peirez, President and Chief Operating Officer, has resigned from the Company to pursue other opportunities, effective March 15, 2018.
Willis Towers Watson [ARLINGTON, Va.] (NASDAQ: WLTW) announced the appointment of Alexis Faber as chief operating officer within its Corporate Risk and Broking segment. Faber will transition from her current role as global head of Financial Lines. Faber joined Willis Towers Watson in 2003 and has more than 17 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. She has held a variety of leadership roles, including co-head of Financial Lines and leader of the company’s North America FINEX business.
Corel [OTTAWA] announced that it has named Prasannaa Ganesan as Chief Operating Officer. Prasannaa joined Corel in 2010 as Director of Operations for WinZip and most recently held the title of Corel Executive Vice President of Operations. Prior to Corel, Prasannaa served as the Program and Delivery Director at Versata and Trilogy.
RealWear™ Inc. [VANCOUVER, Wash.] announced that Andrew E. Chrostowski has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Andrew most recently served as President of Tyco’s Scott Safety division in Monroe, NC.
Ansira [ST. LOUIS and DALLAS] promoted Adam Vandermyde to Executive Vice President of Operations. Vandermyde joined Ansira in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Before joining Ansira, Vandermyde spent nine years providing strategy and operations consulting to PwC and Deloitte, where he focused on analytics, customer strategy and marketing.
ReTech Labs Inc. [SAN DIEGO] welcomes Bharat Rupani as its Chief Operating Officer. Most recently Bharat served as the President of Daymon Interactions, a subsidiary of Daymon Worldwide. Previously Bharat served as the leader of Daymon’s Private Brand operations in the US and Asia.
Xtera® [ALLEN, Texas and LONDON] announced the appointment of Leigh Frame as Chief Operating Officer. Leigh joins Xtera after an extensive career with Alcatel Submarine Networks where more recently he served as the COO and has been a leader in the subsea market for more than 25 years.
PLT Health Solutions, Inc. [MORRISTOWN, N.J.] announced the appointment of Devin Stagg as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this new position, he was PLT’s Vice President, Strategy and Business Development.
Aerion [RENO, Nev.] has named Tom Vice, the former president of Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems sector, as Aerion’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to becoming president of Aerospace Systems, Vice was president of Northrop Grumman’s Technical Services sector. Vice joined Northrop Grumman in 1986 as an engineer on the B-2 stealth bomber.
Stride Consulting [NEW YORK] announced Ken Judy has been named as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Judy, was prior to this Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer at The Daily Beast. Prior to working at The Daily Beast, Judy was VP of Technology at Simon & Schuster for seven years and was with Oxygen Media before that.
121nexus [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Heather Ryan as the company’s first Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Before joining 121nexus in 2016 as the company’s Vice President of Operations, Heather Ryan was the Senior Director for Website and Direct Marketing at Pearson and was a Director at Omnicom Media Group.
LR Paris [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Gilles Rousseau to the position of Global Chief Operating Officer of LR Paris Holdings today. Prior to LR Paris, Rousseau was Senior Vice President at Splashlight, where he led Business Development, Account Management, Marketing & Communication. Rousseau’s global career began in advertising at Publicis in Paris. He also served as Senior Vice President, International Marketing at Christie’s International and as Head of Marketing & Communication at Van Cleef & Arpels Americas (Richemont). Rousseau has also led Hennessy Cognac (LVMH) in the United States.
LeanLife Health Inc. [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] announced that Elizabeth Liu has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Liu founded and is Managing Director of LINK Business Law Group. Prior to establishing LINK Business Law Group, Ms. Liu was Managing Partner at Basham Thompson & Liu LLP. She then served as Vice President and General Counsel of the Flora Group of Companies.
HepQuant, LLC [DENVER] announced that Richard Whitcomb has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Bioptix Diagnostics. He served in various leadership roles for nearly 20 years with Hewlett Packard Company and its carve-out, Agilent Technologies.
Newport Academy [NASHVILLE, Tenn.] announced the appointment of Joe Procopio as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Procopio joins Newport Academy after 16 years with Acadia Healthcare Company and CRC Health Group, most recently as a Division President.
Biodesix, Inc. [BOULDER, Colo.] announced that Scott Hutton joined as chief operating officer. Scott Hutton was most recently the senior vice president and general manager of Spectranetics. Prior to Spectranetics, he served as vice president and general manager of the Neurosurgery unit of Medtronic and held several other positions with the company during his tenure. Hutton first joined Medtronic in 2000.
Influence Health [BIRMINGHAM, ALA.] announced that SVP & General Manager of Customer Performance, Mike Oakman, has been promoted to the role of COO. Oakman has more than 20 years of operational leadership experience, including a former COO role at SunGard, now FIS.
