K2M Group Holdings, Inc. [LEESBURG, Va.] (NASDAQ: KTWO) announced the appointment of Lane Major as Chief Operating Officer, a new position within K2M. Most recently Major was K2M’s Chief Strategy Officer, and prior to which he was Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Product Development. He has been with K2M since the Company’s inception in 2004.

DealerSocket [SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.] announced that Jose Arcilla has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Arcilla joins DealerSocket from Symantec Corporation. Previously he was with Blue Coat Systems, Adobe and McAfee.
EmpiRx Health [MONTVALE, N.J.] announced the appointment of Karthik Ganesh as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating. Prior to EmpiRx Health, Karthik was the founding operations leader of CareAllies, a Cigna subsidiary. Prior to CareAllies, Karthik was the COO/CIO of QualCare.
The Waters Senior Living [MINNETONKA, Minn.] announced Tami Kozikowski as chief operating officer (COO). Most recently wshe served as corporate EVP and President of LifeSpa at Life Time Fitness. Previously she served in multiple executive positions at companies that include Best Buy, Advance Auto Parts and Arthur Anderson.

Hodges Capital Management [DALLAS] announced that Brett Rainey has joined the investment firm as Chief Operating Officer. Rainey joins Hodges from Envestnet Asset Management where he was a senior vice president. Rainey had a 12-year tenure with Placemark Investments (acquired by Envestnet in October 2014). Prior to Placemark, Rainey worked for JPMorgan in Boston where he was responsible for the operations of their manager outsourcing endeavor and for MFS Investment Management’s separately managed accounts division running the investment operations department.
Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) [CYPRESS, Calif.] Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Don Swearingen announced he will retire, effective June 1, 2018.
OneLife Technologies Corp. [ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill.] announced the appointment of John R. Muchnicki as its Chief Operating Officer and interim principal financial officer. For the past four years, Mr. Muchnicki has assisted the Company with its product development. Prior to his relationship with OneLife Technologies, from 2009-2014 John was President of Langenscheidt Publishing Group Inc. From 2001-2009, he was Chief Operating Officer with Intellian Capital Advisors, and acted as interim CEO, COO and CFO for several of its portfolio clients. From 1991 through 2000, Muchnicki was responsible for six successful turnarounds with companies operating in the medical data and scientific information industries.
RiVidium Inc. [MANASSAS, VA.] (dba TripleCyber) announced that Lawrence West has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), taking over from interim COO Xio Smith, who will now be the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) for RiVidium. West was previously President and Chief Executive Officer for Poseidon Group, LLC.
Fleet Complete [TORONTO] welcomes Alex Armanious as the new Chief Operating Officer. Armanious was most recently Senior Vice President Product & Technology at Mosaic and Chief Information Officer at LafargeHolcim before that.
