Under Armour, Inc. [BALTIMORE] (NYSE: UA, UAA) announced Patrik Frisk will become the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Most recently, he was CEO of The ALDO Group. Previous to that, he spent 10 years with VF Corporation where he served as the Coalition President of Outdoor Americas with responsibility for The North Face®, Timberland®, JanSport®, lucy® and SmartWool® brands.
MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. [SAN FRANCISCO and VANCOUVER] (TSX: MDA) announced that Paul Estey has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at SSL. Estey currently serves as Executive Vice President, Engineering and Operations.

Telesoft [PHOENIX, AZ] announced it has appointed Daman Wood as Chief Operating Officer. Wood brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector most recently as Vice President of Service Delivery with Vonage. Prior to Vonage, Wood held senior executive positions within Telesphere, UNSi, Airband, and Sparkplug Communications.
Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) [BOSTON] announced that Jacquie Anderson will be joining the organization as Chief Operating Officer. Anderson was previously the Chief Operating Officer for Community Catalyst and the past Deputy Director for Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Consumer Voices for Coverage Initiative.
Saleen Automotive, Inc. [CORONA, CA] (OTCQB: SLNN) has named Amy Boylan as President/COO. Boylan, joins Saleen following successful tenures as President/COO of West Coast Customs, and Shelby automobiles. Boylan’s background also includes a long stint at Mattel. Boylan was also responsible for developing synergistic marketing programs, and expanding partnerships with GM, Ford, Chrysler, Formula One, NASCAR and NHRA and building a multi-year partnership with eBay and automotive legends John Force, Tom “The Mongoose” McEwen, George Barris, and Don “The Snake” Prudhomme.
Gunwerks, LLC [CODY, WYOMING] announced that James Christiansen has joined the company as Chief Operations Officer. Christiansen recently served as COO at SilencerCo.
AECOM [LOS ANGELES] (NYSE: ACM) announced that Randall A. Wotring has been named chief operating officer. Wotring was promoted in September 2016 to group president, Technical and Operational Services. In conjunction with this appointment, AECOM also announced that Stephen M. Kadenacy is leaving his position as president and chief operating officer.
Solera Health [PHOENIX] announced that Brian Esterly joined the company as chief operating officer. Esterly was most recently responsible for all aspects of service delivery at Aspire Health. Esterly’s previous work experience also includes serving as chief business development officer at Matrix Medical Network. In addition, he has held corporate development roles at excelleRx and PharmaStar as well as a senior manager position at Accenture.
Avalon Healthcare Solutions [TAMPA, Fla.] announced the appointment of Shantha Diaz as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Avalon, Diaz served as Chief Operating Officer of Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. Previously, Diaz was Staff Vice President of Medical Business Solutions at Anthem. Diaz also has over 20 years’ experience in information technology roles, including as Manager of Application Development at Humana.

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) [MELVILLE, N.Y.] announced that John Kalix has joined the organization as its new Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining NAPA, Kalix served in leadership roles in commercial, marketing, product development and operations at Johnson & Johnson, Cardinal Health and GE. Most recently, he was President of GE Healthcare Life Sciences division for the US and Canada.
Crawford & Company [ATLANTA] announced that it has named Rohit Verma as global chief operating officer. Verma is an accomplished industry executive who most recently served as the divisional executive for the south region of Zurich North America. Prior to joining Zurich, Verma was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and Deloitte Consulting.
Presto Engineering, Inc. [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced that Cedric Mayor has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mayor was previously the Chief Technology Officer for Presto Engineering.
Retro Fitness [COLTS NECK, N.J.] announced the appointment of Mike Rogers, who will serve as the company’s first Chief Operations Officer. Rogers most recently served as Director of License Store Operations at Starbucks Coffee Company.
Christopher & Banks Corporation [MINNEAPOLIS] (NYSE: CBK) announced that Pete Michielutti, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer has resigned.
