DISH Network Corp. [ENGLEWOOD, Colo.] announced that the company promoted Erik Carlson to President and CEO from his prior role as President and Chief Operating Officer. EVP John Swieringa will succeed Carlson as COO for DISH.

Goldfinch Bio [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced the appointment of Michael Broxson to chief business and operating officer. Mike joins Goldfinch from Takeda Pharmaceuticals, most recently serving as vice president and head of R&D business development. Mike began his career as a toxicologist for CH2M Hill. Mike currently serves on the board of directors of Molecular Templates, Inc.
Rich Uncles, LLC [COSTA MESA, Calif.] announced the appointment of Jean Ho as its new chief operating officer and chief compliance officer. Ho joined Rich Uncles, LLC in 2016 as the company’s chief financial officer. Prior to joining Rich Uncles, LLC, Ho held positions as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Soteira Capital, LLC, chief financial officer of MKA Capital Advisors, LLC, and with KPMG LLP, where she specialized in real estate, financial services, and high net wealth personal financial and estate planning.
Q-Tran, Inc. [MILFORD, CONN.] announced that it has promoted David LaVigna, former CEO of 0 Energy Lighting, to the position of Chief Operating Officer. LaVigna recently joined the company as Chief Innovation Officer and will retain that title in addition to the title of Chief Operating Officer.
CoolSys™ [BREA, Calif.] announced that Amy Freeman has joined the firm as chief operating officer. Prior to joining CoolSys, she was the vice president of global service operations for PerkinElmer, Inc. Freeman previously held the role of general manager of service at GE Healthcare. She also served as vice president and general manager of service operations at Masterplan, Inc. Earlier in her career, Freeman held numerous leadership and management positions at GE Medical Systems.
Southwestern Energy Company [HOUSTON] (NYSE: SWN) announced that Clayton A. Carrell will join the company as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Carrell joins Southwestern Energy from EP Energy, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2012. He joined El Paso Corporation in 2007, where he held various executive leadership roles before being named Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Carrell was Vice President, Engineering & Operations at Peoples Energy Production from February 2001 to March 2007. Prior to joining Peoples Energy Production, Carrell worked at Burlington Resources and ARCO Oil and Gas Company from May 1988 to February 2001.
HALO Branded Solutions [Sterling, Illinois] announced that Adam Weisman has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Weisman comes to HALO with extensive business and operational leadership roles in blue chip companies including DuPont and General Electric as well as mid-cap companies such as Cabot Microelectronics.
FSC Franchise Co., LLC [TAMPA, FLA.] announced the hire of Scott SirLouis as its new Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, SirLouis spent 16 years at Fazoli’s Restaurants, LLC, serving as the Vice President of Operations before moving into the role as Vice President of Strategy.
Mosaic [OAKLAND, Calif.] announced that Patrick Moore has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Moore was Chief Operating Officer at Renovate America, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Renovate America Inc., Moore served as Chief Operating Officer of Genesis Financial Solutions Inc. Moore was also Chief Operating Officer for Toyota Financial Services bank subsidiary, and held executive positions in marketing, credit, and operations for the U.S. credit card business at Capital One Financial Corporation.
AAC Holdings, Inc. [BRENTWOOD, Tenn.] (NYSE: AAC) announced that Michael Nanko will become AAC’s President and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 15, 2018. Nanko has served as President of Behavioral Health Services (BHS) for HCA, Inc. since July 2016 and previously as Chief Operating Officer of BHS from August 2015 to July 2016. Before joining HCA, Nanko served as Vice President of Kaiser Permanente Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals in Northern California. Prior to that experience, Nanko held a variety of positions in healthcare and nonprofit management, including as Vice President of Psychiatry and Continuing Care Services at Cedar Sinai Medical Center and Health System, and as Vice President of Mercy Healthcare Arizona/Catholic Healthcare West. He was CEO of Sierra Vista Hospital and later COO for a not-for-profit mental health and addictions services agency.
Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [PARSIPPANY, N.J.] (NASDAQ: PCRX) announced that Scott Braunstein has been named Chief Operating Officer He has over 20 years of experience both as a practicing physician and investor, as well as expertise from numerous commercial, consulting, and operational roles within biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Advanced BioNutrition Corp. of Columbia [COLUMBIA, Md.] announced that Frank DeGennaro has been named Chief Operating Officer. DeGennaro brings over 30 years of experience in the agriculture and food industries across a variety of executive leadership roles with the DuPont Company and Perdue Agri-Business.
Piper Jaffray Companies [MINNEAPOLIS] (NYSE: PJC) has announced that president and chief operating officer Stuart C. Harvey, Jr. has decided to resign from his employment at Piper Jaffray, effective December 31, 2017.
