Laureate Education, Inc. [BALTIMORE] announced the departure of its President & Chief Operating Officer, Enderson Guimarães, and the promotion of Ricardo Berckemeyer, who heads the Latin America region will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Lynx Innovation, Inc. [IRVINE, Calif.] announced the promotion of Allen Auchenpaugh to President & Chief Operating Officer. He lead a team that collaborated with Lynx in the prior four years while at Beats Electronics and Apple, Inc.
PMA Companies [BLUE BELL, Pa.] part of the Old Republic General Insurance Group, announced the appointment of John Santulli as President and Chief Operating Officer. Santulli started his insurance career in 1977 and joined PMA in 1982. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Risk Services and Sales.
Surgical Directions [CHICAGO] announced that Leslie Meyer Basham has been named President and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Basham led numerous client projects in the health care space and was responsible for management initiatives as Senior Manager – Health Strategy at Accenture.

Fiduciary Trust Company [BOSTON] announced that Robert J. Jeffers has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. Jeffers joins Fiduciary Trust from State Street Bank & Trust, where he was a managing director and Head of Wealth Custody Services. Prior to State Street, Jeffers spent 17 years at Deutsche Bank, serving as Head of UK/US Private Wealth Management Operations and Head of U.S. High Net Worth Investment Advisory and Trust, in addition to other roles. Jeffers began his career at Credit Suisse.
FlexTrade Systems [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Vishal Pandya as Chief Operating Officer. Vishal Pandya joins FlexTrade after eight years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise where, most recently he was Vice President, Operational Performance. Previously, he held various roles leading Strategy & Operations for Indirect Sales, Emerging Market Sales and Corporate Strategy at Hewlett Packard. Prior to joining Hewlett Packard, Pandya spent seven years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Vector Talent Resources [TYSONS, Va.] announced the appointment of Hector Velez as Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Vector Talent Resources, Velez spent his early career at GE, Accenture and KPMG, and most recently served as EVP of Strategic Business Development at HireStrategy. Hector serves on the boards of The HR Leadership Forum, Bloomforth Corporation, Marymount University’s Reston Center and the Institute for Excellence in Sales. He is also Chairman of the Board of The SkillSource Group, and serves on the Northern Virginia Workforce Development Board.
USPack Logistics [NEW YORK, NY] promoted Frank Powell as Chief Operating Officer, from his previous role as director of sales and operations.
Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) [ARLINGTON, Va.] announced that Lauri Reishus has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Reishus has more than 30 years of global travel management experience with 12 years of increasing executive responsibilities at ARC. Reishus began her career at American Airlines and, prior to joining ARC in 2005, worked in corporate travel agency management at SatoTravel/Navigant.
Empire Resorts, Inc. [MONTICELLO, N.Y.] (NASDAQ-GM: NYNY) announced the appointment of Ryan Eller as President and Chief Operating Officer. During the four years prior to joining the Company, Eller served in various executive officer positions with Genting New York LLC. Concurrently with his position at Genting NY, Eller served as senior vice president of development of Genting Americas Inc.
