OFG Bancorp [SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico] (NYSE: OFG) named Ganesh Kumar, formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Maritza Arizmendi, most recently Senior Vice President Corporate Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Kumar.
Conrail [PHILADELPHIA] announced Timothy Tierney as president and chief operating officer. Tierney succeeds Ronald Batory, who is retiring after nearly 46 years in the railroad industry. A 39-year veteran of Conrail, Tierney most recently served as vice president and chief engineer, managing all of the company’s engineering functions. Prior to this role, Tierney worked in various positions of increasing responsibility within the engineering department, including division engineer of the Buffalo, Albany, and Philadelphia divisions.

GrayHair Software [MT. LAUREL, N.J.] announced the hiring of Scott Kushner as Chief Operating Officer, with areas of responsibilities including Application Development, Business Development, Product Management & Marketing, and Client Services. In the last six years, Kushner has been Chief Innovation and Information Officer for Voice Systems Engineering.
DNAinfo [New York] promoted Dan Swartz to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Swartz joined DNAinfo as its CMO in 2015. Swartz previously held senior positions at Upshot, Harland Clarke Corp., SubscriberMail, The Carrotseed Group, and Peak Image Communications, which he founded.
Chobani, LLC [NORWICH, N.Y.] announced that Tim Brown has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently Brown worked for Nestle Waters North America.

Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: HMNY) announced the appointment of Raymond T. Crosier president and chief operating officer of financial services. He currently serves as a board member and was former chairman of the board of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA). Crosier served as president & COO of Online Resources Corporation.
American Midstream Partners, LP [HOUSTON] (NYSE: AMID) appointed Rene L. Casadaban as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Casadaban succeeds Matthew Roland, who served as Chief Operating Officer since 2013. Casadaban is the former Chief Operating Officer for Summit Midstream Partners, LP (“Summit”). Prior to joining Summit, Casadaban worked for Enterprise Products Partners LP as the Director for Deepwater Business Development of floating production platforms and offshore pipelines. Casadaban has also served as an independent consultant to ExxonMobil Corporation and GulfTerra Energy Partners, LP for Gulf of Mexico and international pipeline projects. At Land and Marine Engineering Limited, Casadaban was responsible for managing domestic and international pipeline river crossings and beach approaches by horizontal directional drilling. Casadaban began his career as a Field Engineer for McDermott International Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Angel Reach.
Tremor Video, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: TRMR) announced that Katie Evans has been named Chief Operating Officer. Formerly, the SVP of Operations & Strategy, Evans’ seven-year tenure with Tremor Video includes the oversight of advertising operations, client services, product marketing, yield, programmatic and creative teams.
Janeiro Digital [BOSTON] announced that Ed Davis has joined the company to hold a dual role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Janeiro Digital, Ed was COO of Brand Networks, LLC. Previous to Brand Networks, Ed was COO of Federal Street Advisors, and CFO of Arnold Worldwide.

Long John Silver’s [LOUISVILLE, Ky.] has named Toni Bianco as Chief Operating Officer, LJS U.S. and International. Bianco spent more than 13 years in operations at Papa John’s Pizza rising to the position of Vice President of Asia. Prior to that, he was Director of Operations for Aramark.
