Cadence Aerospace [ANAHEIM, Calif.] announced the appointment of Dennis J. Orzel as Chief Operating Officer. Orzel served most recently as Chief Operating Officer of PAS Technologies. He spent more than 20 years at United Technologies, where he held leadership roles in Operations and Engineering at Pratt & Whitney. In addition, he also served Chromalloy Gas Turbine and Vought Aircraft (later The Triumph Group) in a series of executive leadership positions.

loanDepot [IRVINE, Calif.] announced Tammy Richards will join the executive team as Chief Operations Officer for enterprise mortgage operations. Richards has served in senior roles at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and most recently Caliber Home Loans.

GlassPoint Solar [FREMONT, Calif.] announced the appointment of Steven Moss as Chief Executive Officer. Moss most recently served as the CEO of General Electric’s (GE) global Renewable Steam Plants business. Before leading the renewables plant group, Moss served as the Vice President for Industrial Steam Turbines at Alstom Power. He also served as Managing Director of Alstom Aerospace and prior to that the Managing Director of Areva’s Research & Technology division. Moss started his career as a gas turbine engineer and held several engineering leadership positions before joining the corporate management ranks.
AMPAC Fine Chemicals (AFC) [RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.] announced that Lee Gauthier has joined AFC’s executive team as Vice President of Operations responsible for manufacturing across all AFC’s sites. Gauthier will replace Joseph Campbell, who has announced his intention to retire after the completion of an orderly transition. Most recently, Gauthier was Vice President-Global Operations at W.R. Grace & Company. Prior to joining Grace, he held various senior operating positions at Ferro Corporation.
AgileThought [TAMPA, Fla.] announced that Clare DeBoef was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Jeff Alagood, co-owner and former COO, will move into the role of Chief Strategy Officer. DeBoef was previously Senior Vice President of Client Services.
FinMason [BOSTON] announced the appointment of industry veteran David Remstein as president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining FinMason, Remstein served as the global head of buy-side financial consulting at Riskcare Inc. Remstein has held a variety of roles over his 32-year career in financial services, including global head of client reporting at Citi Private Bank, global head of investment performance at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and global product head and chief operating officer of investment analytics & consulting at J.P. Morgan Corporate Investment Bank.
Equity Bancshares, Inc. [WICHITA, Kan.] (NASDAQ: EQBK), the Wichita-based parent company of Equity Bank, announced the hire of Craig Anderson, who is being named as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Anderson joins Equity after 31 years in various executive and leadership roles at UMB Bank in Kansas City, Missouri, where he most recently served as President of UMB’s Commercial Banking – Eastern Region.
Glytec [WALTHAM, Mass.] announced the appointment of Ed Furlong as Chief Operating Officer. Furlong’s experience in operations and financial management spans more than 30 years, most recently as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Kyruus. Furlong previously served in a similar capacity at Exa Corporation.
Stem, Inc. [MILLBRAE, Calif.] announced that Mark Triplett joins Stem this week in a new executive position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Triplett has held several COO and executive sales positions, most recently as COO of Green Charge Networks, and earlier as President of Software and COO at UISOL.

Vetta, LLC [NORMAN, OKLAHOMA] has named Jeff Frye as Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his 25-year career, Jeff has extensive senior executive leadership experience with some of the top apparel industry retailers, including Cone Mills, Gap Inc., Lucky Brand and Guess Inc. Most recently, he served as President and COO of Hoorsenbuhs.
Bicycle Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, England & BOSTON] announced the promotion of Michael Skynner, to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Skynner has served as Bicycle’s Vice President of Operations and Discovery since January 2016. Dr. Skynner joined Bicycle from Pfizer in 2016, where he led rare disease efforts in Europe and founded and ran the Pfizer Rare Disease Consortium (RDC). Previously, he established and headed a discovery performance unit at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) focused on developing anti- inflammatory kinase therapeutics using an externalized partnered model. Prior to GSK he co-founded a successful biotech start-up company, Cambridge Biotechnology Ltd., (CBT).
DrivingSales LLC [SANDY, Utah] announced that Cameron Darby has joined the company as its president and chief operating Officer. Most recently, Darby was the COO of DealerSocket. Before joining DealerSocket, Darby held senior executive positions with New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and Viking Components.
