Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation (TAES) [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] appointed Frank Avery Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Thermal Services, interim TAES President and CEO. Prior to joining TAES, Avery was President of the Power Plant Services division of EthosEnergy. Prior to that role, Avery served as President of the former Wood Group Power Plant Services. Before joining Wood Group, Avery spent two years as COO for Power Industry Consultants, Inc. and his experience also includes various roles of increasing responsibility at General Electric’s Contractual Services business, Stewart & Stevenson Operations, Inc, and Gas Turbine Systems Electrician in the United States Navy.
FE International [BOSTON] announced the addition of Olga Lidenko as Chief Operating Officer to the firm. Olga Lidenko is transitioning to FE International from WorldAPP. Olga joined WorldAPP as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Augeo [ST. PAUL, Minn.] hired Scott Moore as Chief Operating Officer. Moore most recently served as President of M32 Partners. Prior to M32, Moore led marketing for Best Buy and served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Best Buy Mobile.
Stage 2 Networks [NEW YORK] hired Louis Hayner as Chief Operations Officer.
Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. [BOULDER, Colo.] (NYSE: ZAYO) announced Andrew Crouch as president and chief operating officer. Crouch was most recently regional president of Europe, Middle East, and Africa for Level 3 Communications. Prior to joining Level 3, Crouch worked at British Telecom and Concert Communications.
The Lindell Foundation [DALLAS] named Samuel T. Smith as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer. Smith served as the CEO of Mercy Ships and Medical Ministry International.
Federal Signal Corporation [OAK BROOK, Ill.] (NYSE: FSS) announced David G. Martin as its Chief Operating Officer. Martin joins the Company from Dover Corporation. Most recently, he was Managing Director of OPW/Tokheim. Martin’s earlier roles at Dover included Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Integration Lead of Harbison-Fischer and Director of Corporate Development. Prior to joining Dover, Martin worked in private equity and with The Boston Consulting Group.

Sheppard Pratt Health System [BALTIMORE] announced Armando E. Colombo as vice president and chief operating officer. Colombo joins Sheppard Pratt Health System from Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he served as chief executive officer of Vanderbilt Stallworth Rehabilitation Hospital and interim chief executive officer of Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital. Previously, Colombo served as president and chief executive officer of InterMedical Hospital of South Carolina. Over the course of 21 years, Armando also served as chief executive officer of Select Medical Corp. HealthSouth in Florida, and Charter Behavioral Health System. He has held roles on several boards, including the American Lung Association, Free Medical Clinic, and South Carolina Connections Academy.
NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, LLC [IRVINE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: QSII) announced Dan Morefield tendered his resignation as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Morefield has served as a member of the Company’s executive team since 2012. Scott Bostick will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer clients. Bostick joined NextGen as EVP, Chief Client Officer early in 2016. Before joining NextGen, he served as the Senior Vice President leading the America’s Commercial Organization for CareFusion, 2009-2015. Prior to that Bostick served in a number of VP and General Manager roles leading business units for Cardinal Health, 1998-2009.
Edgewell Personal Care Company [ST. LOUIS] (NYSE: EPC) announced that Colin Hutchison, Vice President of Commercial International, has been appointed to serve in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. Hutchison brings nearly 30 years of operational and leadership experience in consumer goods to the COO role, including 13 years with the Edgewell business. Prior to serving in this role, Colin headed the Company’s global private label wet shave business. Hutchison joined the Company in 2004. He has served as Edgewell Personal Care’s Vice President Commercial, International since July 1, 2015. From January 2011 to July 1, 2015, Hutchison served as Vice President and General Manager of the Company’s Private Brands Group. Prior to that, he served as Vice President for Schick-Wilkinson Sword and Personal Care in Europe from 2004 to 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Hutchison held various positions at consumer goods businesses based in Europe including United Biscuits and the Campbell’s Soup Company.
Netsertive [RESEARCH TRIANGLE REGION, N.C.] announced the promotion of Kevin Fitzgerald to chief operating officer. Fitzgerald was formerly the EVP of sales, marketing and client success for Netsertive. His past roles include VP Sales and Client Services for PROS and SVP of Sales and Business Development at iContact (now Vocus).
Western Alliance Bancorporation [PHOENIX] (NYSE: WAL) announced Jim Haught as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Western Alliance, Haught was the Managing Partner for Financial Services at New York-based Exequor Group. Previously, Haught was Senior Vice President/Global Head of Capital for State Street Corporation. He began his banking career at RBS Citizens. Prior to entering banking, he spent eight years as a United States Naval Officer.
OCC [CHICAGO] announced that John P. Davidson has agreed to join the organization as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective May 8th. Davidson replaces Michael McClain, Chief Operating Officer, who left OCC. Davidson joins OCC from Citigroup, where he worked from 2008 to 2017, most recently as Chief Compliance Officer. He previously had served at Citi as their Risk Division’s Chief Administrative Officer, and then as Head of Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to Citi, Davidson spent twelve years at Morgan Stanley, serving as Managing Director and Operations Officer for the firm’s Global Operations and Services Division. Early in his career, Davidson worked for ten years as head of the CME Clearing House.
The Safariland Group [ONTARIO, Calif.] announced it has named Brad E. Williams to the newly created role of chief operating officer. Williams most recently served as president of the Material Processing Technologies Group at IDEX Corporation. Prior to IDEX, he spent four years at Danaher Corporation, where he held functional leadership and general management roles of increasing responsibility. Williams began his career at Ingersoll-Rand Company, where he held positions across manufacturing, customer service, marketing and aftermarket.
AvidXchange™ [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] announced it has added Steve Boehm, former eBay and payments senior leader, to its executive team as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Boehm most recently worked for eBay Inc. as Senior Vice President, Global Customer Experience. Previously, Steve spent the majority of his career in the financial services and payments sectors. He held senior leadership positions at First Data Corp., Wells Fargo/ Wachovia Corp. and Visa.
