Tupperware Brands Corporation [ORLANDO, Fla.] (NYSE: TUP) announced that its Board of Directors has approved the promotion of Patricia (Tricia) A. Stitzel to be its President and Chief Operating Officer. Stitzel, the Company’s Group President, Americas since 2014, has been with the Company for almost 20 years. She began her career with the Company in the human resources function.
Teladoc, Inc. [LEWISVILLE, Texas] (NYSE: TDOC) announced that Mark Hirschhorn has been appointed to the newly created role of chief operating officer, while continuing to serve as the company’s chief financial officer. Mr. Hirschhorn joined Teladoc in 2012 as executive vice president and CFO. Mr. Hirschhorn previously held the role of chief financial officer at both RCS/Media Monitors and BT Radianz. Prior to that, he spent five years as the vice president and global controller of RSL Communications, and as CFO of Delta Three Communications. He started his professional career with Deloitte, spending nine years with the firm.
Tellurian Investments [HOUSTON] announced that R. Keith Teague has joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Teague recently left Cheniere Energy, where he served as Executive Vice President – Asset Group.
Comerica Incorporated [DALLAS] announced that Michael G. Van de Ven has joined Board of Directors. Van de Ven is executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO) of Dallas-based Southwest Airlines Company. Van de Ven will serve as a member of the board’s Enterprise Risk Committee. Van de Ven was a senior audit manager for Ernst & Young LLP, prior to joining Southwest, where he served for nine years.
Pacific Life [NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.] announced that Kerry Williams, chief operating officer (COO) at Experian, has been elected to the board of Pacific LifeCorp, the parent company of Pacific Life Insurance Company. Mr. Williams has served as COO of Experian, the global information services company, since 2014, and has been with the company for 14 years. Prior to Experian, served in a variety of senior management positions in the financial services industry, including three years as president of ERisk Holdings Incorporated, senior vice president/general manager at Bank of America, and vice president at Wells Fargo Bank.
Good Days [PLANO, Texas] announced the hiring of Randall Odebralski as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Odebralski joins Good Days after serving as General Manager for Walgreens Specialty Pharmacies in Texas. In addition to his previous roles in the specialty pharmacy space, he has served in other leadership positions for Walgreens in multiple pharmacy business units throughout the United States for more than 19 years.
Capsilon Corporation [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Jim Obsitnik has joined the Capsilon leadership team as chief operating officer. Obsitnik has more than twenty years of experience in a variety of roles for leading enterprise SaaS companies. Obsitnik joins Capsilon from Oracle, where he served as general manager. Previously, he held executive roles at Taleo. Obsitnik has also held a variety of executive positions at technology companies such as Netscape, Commerce One, Everdream and Dell.
Allied Integrated Marketing [HOLLYWOOD, Calif.] announced the promotion of Kymn Goldstein to Chief Operating Officer. Goldstein’s previous position at Allied was Executive Vice President. She joined Allied in 2004. Prior to joining Allied, Kymn was senior vice president at News America Marketing.
Realogy Holdings Corp. [MADISON, N.J.] (NYSE: RLGY) announced the appointment of John Peyton to the newly created role of president and chief operating officer (COO) for its subsidiary, Realogy Franchise Group (RFG). Peyton was formerly the senior vice president of brands and shared services for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
X3M Systems, LLC [GREENBELT, Md.] announced the appointment of Bob Smith as its chief operating officer (COO). Prior to joining X3M, Mr. Smith was chief operating officer of the Information and Technical Solutions operating group at ASRC Federal. Previously, he served as president of InuTeq, LLC.
ConsumerMedical [PEMBROKE, Mass.] announced Kyle Bray as the organization’s new Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining ConsumerMedical, Bray served as Chief Operating Officer of MEP Health. Prior to joining MEP Health, Bray served as Vice President of Medical Record Review Operations for Inovalon.
