TransTech Energy [ROCKY MOUNT, NC] announced that Greg Ezzell has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. Ezzell succeeds TransTech founder, Britt Medley. Ezzel joined TransTech in 2009.
Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. [ALPHARETTA, GA] (NASDAQ: PRTH) announced the addition of Timothy T. Schneible as its Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Priority, Schneible spent 24 years holding key operational and leadership positions in risk management, fraud and credit operations, call center management, and executive roles in payment operations for organizations including Bank One, Barclay Card U.S., Worldpay Merchant Services, and Merchant E-Solutions.
U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc. [CHATTANOOGA, TN] (NYSE:USX) announced that Matt Herndon is joining the company as Chief Operating Officer for its subsidiary, U.S. Xpress, Inc. Herndon has been in the trucking business for nearly 30 years, having most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at P.A.M. Transport. Prior to his role as P.A.M.’s COO, Herndon served in various leadership roles within the company.
HealthTechS3 [BRENTWOOD, TN] announced that former executive team member, Jennifer LeMieux, who served for several years prior as Senior Vice President, Services and Chief Customer Officer, will return to the company to serve as Chief Operating Officer.
Rockefeller Capital Management [NEW YORK] announced it has hired Christopher Dupuy as a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Rockefeller Wealth Management. Dupuy joins from Focus Financial Partners, where he was a Managing Director and President of Focus Independence. Prior to joining Focus in 2014, Dupuy began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1986.
Canada Jetlines Ltd. [VANCOUVER, BC] (JET: TSX-V) announced the appointment of former Southwest Airlines executive, Michael Bata as Chief Operations Officer. Michael is a seasoned aviation veteran with over 35 years’ experience in the aviation industry and has held positions with multiple fortune 100 and 500 companies. In addition to his Southwest Airlines Experience, Bata held the role of Chief Operating Officer at JetSuite and JetSuiteX. Prior to JetSuite, Bata was Chief Operating Officer at Vueling Airlines.
Hausfeld [WASHINGTON, DC] announced that Catherine Gill has joined the firm as its Global Chief Operating Officer. Prior to her arrival at Hausfeld, Gill was the Chief Practice Management Officer of the Litigation Department at Goodwin Procter LLP. Gill has more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry and over 13 years of executive leadership and management experience.
StarCompliance [ROCKVILLE, MD] announced the appointment of Edward Vincent as Star’s new Chief Operating Officer. Vincent comes from Shore Group Associates where he most recently served as Partner and President.
Rockwell Collins [CEDAR RAPIDS, IA] announced that Dave Nieuwsma has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer of the company’s Interior Systems business. Nieuwsma succeeds Werner Lieberherr who is leaving the company after helping to lead the successful integration of the B/E Aerospace business, which was acquired by Rockwell Collins in April 2017.
Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions [ARLINGTON, VA] announced that Shawn Black will join CAES as Chief Operating Officer. Black has spent 15 years at Leonardo DRS, where he held numerous leadership positions, including his most recent role as the Vice President and General Manager of the Electro-Optical & Infrared Systems business.
HyreCar Inc. [LOS ANGELES, CA] (NASDAQ: HYRE) announced the appointment of Henry Park as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining HyreCar, Park was Chief Operating Officer and Head of Marketing at SearchForce. Previously Park served as the Executive Director of Traffic Acquisition at YP.com.
