Primoris Services Corporation [DALLAS, TX] (NASDAQ Global Select: PRIM) announced that John F. Moreno, Jr. has been hired as its Chief Operating Officer. Moreno will take over the role from Tom McCormick, who has been promoted to President of Primoris Services Corporation. Since 2000, Moreno has worked at PCL Industrial Construction Co. Moreno began his tenure at PCL in project services, being steadily elevated to operations manager, general manager, and then promoted to President in 2010. Prior to his work at PCL, Moreno worked at Petrozuata S.A., Condea Vista, and Spartan, Inc.
Oshkosh Corporation [OSHKOSH, WS] (NYSE: OSK) announced that John C. Pfeifer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Oshkosh, effective May 11, 2020. Pfeifer joined Oshkosh in May 2019 and has been responsible for overseeing the Company’s Access Equipment, Fire & Emergency and Commercial segments.
Ready Capital Corporation [NEW YORK] (NYSE:RC) announced that Gary Taylor has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Taylor served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Newtek Business Credit, since 2015. Prior to that, Taylor was Managing Director at Brevet Capital Management, and before that he was Chief Operating Officer of CIT Small Business Lending.
The Southern Gas Association [DALLAS, TX] announced the promotion of Suzanne Ogle to president and chief operating officer. Ogle is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute, the Public Relations Society of America and the Women’s Energy Network.
Iterable [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced that it has named Jeff Samuels as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Iterable, Samuels served as Global Vice President of Cisco’s multi-billion dollar Security business. Samuels joined Cisco through its acquisition of OpenDNS.
Taymax Group Holdings, LLC [SALEM, NH] announced the appointment of Brian Boucher as Chief Operating Officer. Boucher most recently served as Head of Stores, North America and Global Retail Operations at Under Armour, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Under Armour, Boucher led expansion efforts and operations teams at organizations including Target Corporation and Lowe’s Companies. Brian also spent time at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as the Senior Vice President of New Market Development.
Endeavors [SAN ANTONIO, TX] announced the appointment of the Honorable Chip Fulghum as Chief Operating Officer, effective July 8th, 2019. Fulghum has served as the Deputy Under Secretary for Management with the Department of Homeland Security for the past six years. Fulghum has twice served as the Department of Homeland Security’s Acting Deputy Secretary. Fulghum joined the Department of Homeland Security in October 2012 as the Budget Director within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Fulghum was later confirmed by the Senate and served as the Department’s CFO from September 2014 – January 2017.
LSI, Inc. [LAYTON, UT] announced that Robert Bunnett was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Bunnett is the founder of Atlas. Bunnett previously founded Accelerate. Bunnett was also SM&A SVP Operations, SVP Business Development, and SVP Innovation.
Compass Diversified Holdings [WESTPORT, CT] (NYSE: CODI) announced that Pat Maciariello has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the Company’s Manager, Compass Group Management LLC, effective March 31, 2019. Maciariello joined CGM in 2005, was appointed partner in 2011, and currently serves as a member of the company’s Investment Committee and head of CGM’s West Coast office. Maciariello is currently a director and the Chairman of The Sterno Group and Foam Fabricators. Maciariello is also a director and board member of 5.11, Advanced Circuits and Ergobaby. Prior to joining CODI, Maciariello was with Bain & Company and Deutsche Banc Alex Brown.
Neurotrope, Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that Michael Ciraolo is joining the Company as general counsel and chief operating officer. Ciraolo was most recently at Ovid Therapeutics, where he served as senior vice president, chief intellectual property counsel. Prior to joining Ovid, Ciraolo was an executive director at Forest Laboratories where he held positions of increasing levels of responsibility.
LifeMatters [SILVER SPRING, MD] announced the appointment of Daniel M. Gold as its chief operating officer. Prior to joining LifeMatters, Gold served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Homecare.com. Gold also served as vice president of healthcare and ancillary services at Sunrise Senior Living.
Generation Next Franchise Brands [SAN DIEGO, CA] (OTCQB: VEND) announced Ryan Polk as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Polk began working for Generation Next as a consultant in early January. This month, Polk joins the management team as a full-time employee. Before joining the Company, Polk served as the CFO and COO of Cellpoint Corporation. The previous six years, Polk filled executive roles in the portfolio companies owned by LDI. Polk also served as the Vice President Corporate FP&A for Brightpoint prior to its sale to Ingram Micro.
The Penny Hoarder [ST. PETERSBURG, FL] announced the appointment of Sharon J. Prill as Chief Operating Officer. Prill joined the company in September 2018 as its first Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy. Prior to The Penny Hoarder, Prill was Chief Operating Officer at Vitalware. Prill worked at several leading media companies, including The Seattle TImes, Journal Communications and McClatchy Company.
