Hyphen Solutions [DALLAS, TX] promoted Dan Lanier to the role of Chief Operating Officer on March 1, 2019. Lanier has spent 13 years at Hyphen as CFO. Prior to Hyphen, Lanier served over 20 years of experience in Real Estate working with companies such as Trammell Crow, JPI, and Gables along with his experience in the Private Equity sector at Hicks Muse.
Aspen Dental Management, Inc. [CHICAGO, IL] announced that Abhinav Shukla is joining the company as chief operating officer. Shukla joins ADMI from True Value Company where he most recently served as COO. Prior to True Value, Shukla was a consultant for AlixPartners. Shukla was the co-founder / CEO of AlphaHarvest Capital, and served as a Principal at Druker Capital.
Level Ex [CHICAGO, IL] announced Jason Rubinstein as Chief Operating Officer. Rubinstein was previously Senior Vice President of Product at Uptake. Before Uptake, Rubinstein was Vice President, Global Strategy and Innovation at Syniverse. Rubinstein also worked at Redbox as General Manager/Vice President of two new business units, and at Motorola as the global mobile product and strategy leader for entertainment experiences.
CEVA, Inc. [MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA] (NASDAQ: CEVA) announced the appointment of Michael Boukaya as Chief Operating Officer, effective April 4, 2019. Boukaya served as Vice President and General Manager of the Wireless Business Unit from October 2014 to April 2019, and prior to that, from January 2006 to October 2014 as Chief Architect of CEVA’s DSP processor architectures.
Truckstop.com [ORLANDO, FL] announced the promotion of Trent Broberg to Chief Operating Officer. Broberg joined Truckstop.com in 2014 as the General Manager and Vice President of Customer Success. Before joining Truckstop.com, Broberg spent more than 15 years in the transportation industry in leadership positions at market leaders such as Swift Transportation and DB Schenker.
Imara Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced it has appointed Michael P. Gray as Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer. Gray most recently served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Arsanis, Inc. Gray previously served as Arsanis’ Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer from March 2016 until November 2018. Prior to Arsanis, Gray spent over a decade at Curis, Inc. including 13 years as its Chief Financial Officer, while also holding dual roles as either Chief Operating Officer or Chief Business Officer during most of his tenure. Previously, Gray was Controller and de Facto Chief Financial Officer at Reprogenesis, Inc.
ITEC Entertainment Corporation [ORLANDO, FL] announced the appointment of Carl Partridge as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Partridge was the Chief Operating Officer at Allivet, LLC. Prior to this position, Partrudge was COO for Unipower, LLC, SFC Brands, LLC, and AccuMED Innovative Technology.
Muinzer [CHICAGO, IL] together with South Street Capital, announced that Michael Snyder has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Snyder joined the Muinzer team in 2015. Snyder sits on the Muinzer Investment Committee.
Versant Health [BALTIMORE, MD] announced Maynard McAlpin as its new Chief Operating Officer. Maynard joins Versant Health from HM Health Solutions, a Highmark subsidiary, where he was Vice President, Delivery Services and Implementation. Maynard also served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Mokxa Technologies, as well as Charted Health Plan. Maynard has also worked at Aetna, where he was Managing Director, Enterprise Strategic Planning, and at CareFirst, where he held a variety of executive leadership positions.
Ross Stores, Inc. [DUBLIN, CA] (NASDAQ: ROST) announced that Michael O’Sullivan, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer since 2009, has resigned from the Company and its Board of Directors to accept a position with another company.
Altus Midstream Company [HOUSTON, TX] (NASDAQ: ALTM) announced the appointment of Craig Collins to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, effective April 29, 2019. Collins most recently served as Vice President, Midstream for Alta Mesa Resources and Vice President and COO, Kingfisher Midstream, LLC from April 2018 until April 2019. Prior to Alta Mesa and Kingfisher Midstream, Collins was with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation for 15 years. Collins concluded his service at Anadarko as Vice President, Midstream for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Gas Partners.
