KFC Corporation [LOUISVILLE, KY] has named Monica Rothgery chief operating officer of KFC U.S. In August 2018, Rothgery joined KFC U.S. as chief restaurant productivity officer. Rothgery takes over the COO role following the recent retirement of KFC’s former KFC U.S. COO Phil Klezmer. Rothgery joined Taco Bell in 1992 as a restaurant general manager. After 17 years in various human resources and operations roles with the U.S. divisions, Rothgery joined KFC Thailand in 2014, where she served as chief operations and people officer.
Cantel Medical Corp. [LITTLE FALLS, NJ] (NYSE: CMD) announced that Peter Clifford has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Clifford served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Prior to joining Cantel, Clifford had more than twenty years’ experience in the manufacturing and industrial industry. Clifford served as Vice President of Operations, Finance and Information Technology of IDEX Corporation.
Bishop Fox [PHOENIX, AZ] announced that Bill Carroll has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Bishop Fox, Carroll was the CEO of Aasonn. Before Aasonn, Carroll was vice president of Fruition Partners Before that, Aasonn was vice president and general manager of CSC Global Platform & Enterprise Service Management. Carroll also spent seven years as vice president at HP, most recently as VP of Global Professional Services across all HP products.
Oceaneering International, Inc. [HOUSTON, TX] (NYSE: OII) announced the appointment of Charles (Chuck) W. Davison, Jr. to succeed Clyde W. Hewlett as Chief Operating Officer. Davison has served, since June 2015, as Chief Executive Officer and President of Fairfield Geotechnologies and, since March 2018, as chairman of its board of directors. Davison has also served as a nonexecutive director and chairman of the board of directors of Magseis Fairfield ASA. Davison is expected to continue to serve as a nonexecutive director and chairman of the board of directors of Magseis Fairfield ASA. Davison was previously employed by Oceaneering from November 2007 until January 2014 as Vice President, Umbilical Solutions, and thereafter as Senior Vice President, Subsea Products, until June 2015. Prior to November 2007, he spent eight years with General Electric Company.
RANGE RESOURCES CORPORATION [FORT WORTH, TX] (NYSE: RRC) announced that Dennis Degner was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President – Chief Operating Officer. Degner has been with Range for nine years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations. Before joining Range, Degner held positions with Encana, Sierra Engineering and Halliburton.
Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ [LOS ANGELES, CA] announced that Duerk Brewer has joined Matthews™ leadership team as Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Brewer was COO at Greysteel. Prior to Greysteel, Brewer was a Vice President at Berkadia.
Eiger BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. [PALO ALTO, CA] (Nasdaq: EIGR) announced that David Apelian will step down as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and Executive Medical Officer, effective June 14, 2019. Apelian will remain actively engaged with Eiger and will continue to serve on Eiger’s board of directors.
Goodwill Industries International [ROCKVILLE, MD] has named former public- and private-sector executive David Eagles as the organization’s chief operating officer. Prior to joining Goodwill®, Eagles led strategic and operational transformations of complex private, public and nonprofit organizations. Eagles has served as the COO for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and as an operating executive for multiple private-equity-owned and Fortune 500 companies.
GoSecure Powered by CounterTack [WALTHAM, MA] announced the appointment of James Kunkel as Chief Operating Officer. Kunkel recently served as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development and Administration at Trustwave.

Gordon Brothers [BOSTON, MA] announced the appointment of Michael Brandt as Chief Operating Officer. Brandt arrives at Gordon Brothers with a breadth of executive experience, most recently serving as CFO of Prudential’s International Insurance Holdings and Retirement Services businesses. Previously Brandt held the role of COO and Region Head at Babcock & Brown.

Tricolor [DALLAS, TX] announced that it has promoted Don Goin to President and Chief Operating Officer, just three months after being appointed Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Tricolor and as part of a twenty-five-year career in technology, Goin served over twelve years as the Chief Information Officer at Santander Consumer USA. Goin also served as Chief Information Officer at Capital One Auto Finance.
Tetra Natural Health [OTTAWA, ON] a subsidiary of Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc., announced the appointment of Chris MacLean as Chief Operating Officer. MacLean has more than ten years’ experience with small- to medium-sized start-ups. In addition to his responsibilities as COO of TNH, MacLean will remain COO of Panag Pharma Inc. In his previous roles, he helped develop Boondoc Technologies.
AGL Credit Management LP [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Wynne Comer as Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Comer served as a Managing Director and Global Head of CLO Primary at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, Comer held various roles at Salomon Smith Barney and later Citigroup.
Trucker Path Inc. [PHOENIX, AZ] a subsidiary of Renren Inc., announced the appointment of Craig Littzen to Chief Operating Officer. Littzen has managed various transportation companies and divisions in the Truckload, LTL, Domestic and international intermodal segments, in addition to three large logistics / brokerage companies. Littzen has worked with key companies in each sector including Swift Transportation, Pacer, Canadian National Railway and Laidlaw. Liitzen also serves as director of two software companies serving the transportation industry.
