GrandView Aviation [BALTIMORE, MD] has named longterm head of marketing and sales, Jessica Naor, as Chief Operating Officer. Naor was most recently Chief Marketing Officer of the firm.
GWG Holdings, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS, MN] (Nasdaq: GWGH) announced that Gregg Johnson was named the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Johnson was promoted to the newly created role after spending more than a year as GWGH’s Executive Vice President of Policy Operations. Johnson joined GWGH three and a half years ago as Director of Financial Analysis and has served in roles of increasing responsibility for the company’s finances and operations. Johnson began his career as a retail analyst at Wilsons Leather and worked in analysis and planning at Rainforest Café, SimonDelivers, Regis Corporation and 50 Below Inc. before joining Wilary Winn Risk Management in St. Paul, MN in 2009 where he rose to the position of Vice President of Operations and Finance.
Guest Services, Inc. [FAIRFAX, VA] announced that Chief Financial Officer, Nico Foris, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, effective May 20, 2019. Foris has been with the company for seven years. Before Guest Services, Foris was the CFO for the Washington Redskins.
Real Matters Inc. [TORONTO, ON] (TSX: REAL) announced that it has appointed Brian Lang as President and Chief Operating Officer. Lang joins Real Matters from MasterCard, where he was President of MasterCard Canada. Lang’s career with MasterCard spans more than 13 years during which he held a number of senior executive positions in various geographies including Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Canada. Prior to MasterCard, Lang held key management roles with CIBC and Aeroplan.
CN [MONTREAL, QC] (NYSE: CNI) announced the appointment, effective July 1st, of new executive vice-president and chief operating officer Rob Reilly. Prior to his appointment as COO, Reilly had 30 years of experience in the rail industry. Reilly joined the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Company in 1989.
Conduent Incorporated [FLORHAM PARK, NJ] (NYSE: CNDT) announced the appointment of Cliff Skelton as President and Chief Operating Officer. Skelton joins Conduent from Fiserv Output Solutions, where he served as President. Skelton previously spent five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Fiserv, where he was a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Prior to that, Skelton held positions at Ally Financial as Chief Technology and Operations Officer, and at Bank of America as Chief Operations Officer for the card services group.
accesso [ORLANDO, FL] (AIM: ACSO) announced that they have appointed a Chief Operating Officer, John Guilfoy.. From 2011 until he joined accesso, Guilfoy served in various senior executive roles at TravelClick. Guilfoy became the General Manager of EZYield. Prior to his eight years at TravelClick, Guilfoy was with American Express for over a decade in a variety of general management roles. Guilfoy also spent several years with Alvarez and Marsal.
Hub Group [OAK BROOK, IL] (NASDAQ: HUBG) announced that it has appointed Phillip D. Yeager as President and Chief Operating Officer. Yeager currently serves as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to serving as Chief Commercial Officer, Yeager led Hub Group’s intermodal operations, procurement, sales and account management teams. His appointment as President and COO will be effective July 1, 2019.
American Construction Source [SPRINGFIELD, MO] announced Tom Tolleson has been named Chief Operating Officer. Tolleson most recently served as Midwest Division President at ACS portfolio company Meek’s Lumber Company. Prior to joining Meek’s, Tolleson served in senior sales, marketing and operations leadership roles at BMC Stock Holdings, Bison Building Materials, and Copeland Lumber Yards.
Black Diamond Therapeutics, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, MA] announced Brent Hatzis-Schoch was named as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Hatzis-Schoch joins Black Diamond from Radius Health, Inc., where he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Previously, Hatzis-Schoch served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel at Merz Pharma.
Neeyamo [LOS GATOS, CA] announced that Pradeep Subherwal has been appointed as its Chief Operating Officer, effective May 20, 2019. Before joining Neeyamo, Subherwal led HR operations and service delivery for Verifone, prior to which he was with IBM for almost a decade where he played a key role in IBM’s recruitment practice and HR Shared Services.
