T.Y. Lin International [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] announced Niek Niëns as Chief Operating Officer for TYLI Group’s Asia Pacific Region. Niëns previous roles include serving as COO of the Asia region for a global design and consultancy firm.
Rimini Street, Inc. [LAS VEGAS, NV] (NASDAQ: RMNI) announced the appointment of Gerard Brossard to the newly created role of executive vice president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Brossard served as executive vice president and general manager of Rackspace’s Global Solutions and Services group. Previously Brossard was the executive vice president and managing director for Enterprise and Mid-Market at Earthlink. Earlier in his career, Brossard spent 24 years with Hewlett-Packard where he held various executive positions in France and the United States. His last roles at HP were as head of Strategy, Planning and Operations for HP’s software business and general manager and CEO of Rich Media Management Software and Solutions.
Tenneco Inc. [LAKE FOREST, IL] (NYSE: TEN) announced that it has appointed Kevin Baird as chief operating officer, effective August 3, 2020. Baird joins Tenneco from Guardian Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., where he served since 2014 as President and Chief Executive Officer of its Guardian Glass business. Baird joined Guardian in 2008 as CEO of SRG Global, Inc. Before joining Guardian, Baird served on the operations team of private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management, and prior to that, as Chief Executive Officer and board member of Qualitor. Baird began his career at Federal-Mogul, where he spent more than 15 years in operations and management positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President and general management roles in the Powertrain Systems business.
Jukin Media [LOS ANGELES, CA] announced that Lee Essner, Jukin’s former President and Chief Operating Officer, has been named Co-Chief Executive Officer. Anton Reut, Jukin’s former Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, will be filling Essner’s vacated Chief Operating Officer role. Reut joined Jukin in early 2018 following stints as Chief Operating Officer at Onestop Internet, and as VP, Product at US Auto Parts.
